Prices include bed linen, towels and electricity. Please note there is no telephone nor television at either property in keeping with our idea of what a holiday should be like! There are public telephones in Segonzac and GSM mobile phones enjoy good reception at Champagnoux. Visitors to the Vendangeurs are expected to allow visitors to L'Atelier free access to the swimming pool. If visitors wish to have it for their sole use, then this can be negotiated.

Preliminary bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 10% deposit. The balance is due not less than three months before the date of commencement of the rental agreement. Rental is usually from Saturday 2PM to the following Saturday 9AM. There is a discount of 10% on both weeks if two successive weeks are booked and a discount of 15% on all three weeks if three successive weeks are booked, but NO SUCH DISCOUNTS during July and August. If you are a previous client a 2% loyalty discount is applicable in all seasons. Reductions for longer periods can be negotiated.
