We will provide all reasonable help to patients to ensure the best possible pricing, but it is important for patients with private medical insurance to understand that any shortfall is their liability. Similarly, it is impossible for any treatment to be free of all risks and impossible to describe every single possible risk. Your consultant will discuss any common risks with you at the time of your consultation, and if you have specific concerns you should ask your consultant about them. An appointment not cancelled with a minimum of 3 working days notice will usually attract a cancellation fee.
